IFGF San Francisco Bay Area — Celebrating 40 Years
When you experience walking with the Lord, you’ll have “The Precious Moment of The Past, living in the present faithfully and fruitfully, and knowing that going to Next Level will be the future of your destiny”.
1. Heritage
IFGF was started with God’s seed in 1980, where this church began with young people who were just ordinary students. I still remember those days, when the love of God touched and transformed their life in Osiola Retreat, 1981.
Celebrating the 40th with The SEED that forms IFGF – As Fellowship in 1980-1986
The SEED SPROUDS From Fellowship – Becoming Local Churches (Los Angeles – Fresno – San Francisco – Oklahoma).
The SEED GROWS From 4 Locals Churches become 300 – 1000 – 3000 churches now.
When your children shall say to you, What do you mean by this service? You shall say, It is the sacrifice of the Lord’s Passover, for He passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt when He slew the Egyptians but spared our houses. And the people bowed their heads and worshiped. The Israelites went and, as the Lord had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.

Here we are 2020, located at 333 Victory Ave, South San Francisco, and we have been existed for 40 years in the Bay Area.
When your son asks you in time to come, What is the meaning of the testimonies and statutes and precepts which the Lord our God has commanded you? Then you shall say to your son, We were Pharaoh’s bondmen in Egypt, and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
Deuteronomy 6:20-21(AMP)Only take heed, and guard your life diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen and lest they depart from your [mind and] heart all the days of your life. Teach them to your children and your children’s children—

Moses looked both back and forward – Moses was concern if the Heritage from the Lord was being forgotten. We must not forget our forefathers!
Do not neglect to tell your sons and daughters of your rich heritage history (personal, family and church)
Remember and consider your own spiritual heritage
During 40 years the Word of the Lord has built The Prayer; The Praises; The Ministries; The Leadership; The Prophetic Massage; The 5 Fold Ministry; The Apostolic; The Prophets; The Evangelists; The Pastors and The Teachers.
We have been marching faithfully in obedience; in Godly manner character; taking care of the fruits, learn how to pay all the price of life; in sacrifice; trusting in God’s Provision; walking in victory and defeat the enemies; surrender and trust that God answers all of our need.
These are the conditions that making who we are, where we are, and what we are doing as members in IFGF-San Francisco today.
As the member of His church, God’s seed is growing within you.
40 years is not a short time, nor it’s only a sprint of faith and many words, but It has become God’s testimonies upon human’s life (students, young people, young adult, family, children, professional, business man, leaders, believers and all of the next generations).
- God’s intervention
- The works that God has been done in the midst of His people
- The Revival that brought refreshness (1997 – 2000)
- God’s miracles provision
- Prophetic word directions
- What we have received from the past generations ( We all stand, reap the harvest, eat the fruits together, and we have learnt from our mistakes, tragedies and struggles together).
1 Corinthians 10:1-6 (AMP)
1. For I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, that our forefathers were all under and protected by the cloud [in which God’s Presence went before them], and every one of them passed safely through the [Red] Sea,
2. And each one of them [allowed himself also] to be baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea [they were thus brought under obligation to the Law, to Moses, and to the covenant, consecrated and set apart to the service of God];
3. And all [of them] ate the same spiritual (supernaturally given) food,
4. And they all drank the same spiritual (supernaturally given) drink. For they drank from a spiritual Rock which followed them [produced by the sole power of God Himself without natural instrumentality], and the Rock was Christ.
5. Nevertheless, God was not pleased with the great majority of them, for they were overthrown and strewn down along [the ground] in the wilderness.
6. Now these things are examples (warnings and admonitions) for us not to desire or crave or covet or lust after evil and carnal things as they did.
Based from the scripture above, we should:
- Learn and honor the past,
- The heritage will help us to make the right decisions (better in administration; more accountability; wiser in finance and relationship with others).
- In Deuteronomy 2:3,”You have roamed around this mountain country long enough; turn northward”. It shows that the same old mistakes – will create old problems – resulting in old programs.
That way we should learn and honor the past.
2. Destiny
After 31 years, the next level has become the destiny for our Generations, in Faith, Family and Finance. These powerful seeds will secure your life.
Start living and building up your days in God’s destiny; continue to walk in the heritage in His legacy, and growing well in your big family in IFGF.
Remember that your family heritage and God’s destiny will help all of you making THE RIGHT GODLY DECISIONS.
God’s fulfilled destiny is not an accident – it requires men and women of faith.
Hebrews 11:24-26 (AMP)
24 [Aroused] by faith Moses, when he had grown to maturity and [a]become great, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter,
25 Because he preferred to share the oppression [suffer the hardships] and bear the shame of the people of God rather than to have the fleeting enjoyment of a sinful life.
26 He considered the contempt and abuse and shame [borne for] the Christ (the Messiah Who was to come) to be greater wealth than all the treasures of Egypt, for he looked forward and away to the reward (recompense)
Hebrews 11:5 (A6P)
6 But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out].
3. The Legacy is the Future
In every generations, they pay the price
2 Corinthians 4:8-9 (AMP)
8 We are hedged in (pressed) on every side [troubled and oppressed in every way], but not cramped or crushed; we suffer embarrassments and are perplexed andunable to find a way out, but not driven to despair;
9 We are pursued (persecuted and hard driven), but not deserted [to stand alone]; we are struck down to the ground, but never struck out and destroyed;
2 Corinthians 4:13 (AMP)
13 Yet we have the same spirit of faith as he had who wrote, I have believed, and therefore have I spoken. We too believe, and therefore we speak,
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (AMP)
16 Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying andwasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day.17 For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!],
18 Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.
Its not always about God – but a person’s level of determination and their willingness to do whatever is necessary according to His will to achieve goal together as a body of Christ.
Remember, never quit! Never give up! Never stop!
You have to want success in order to get it
